Porque decidí comenzar este Blog - Why I decide to start this Blog

Decidí hacer este Blog, porque llevo ya tres años navegando por las costas de la región de Aysén (Chile) y cada año más cuesta encontrar un lugar libre de acuicultura y la basura que ellas conllevan. Trabajo en ocasiones como guía de vida silvestre y cada año se ha hecho más difícil encontrar no sólo lugares sin jaulas, lo que hace cada vez más difícil encontrar y acercarse (se vuelve más esquivos a las embarcaciones) delfín chileno (Cephalorhynchus eutropia), una especie endémica de Chile de la que se sabe muy poco (muchos chilenos ni siquiera saben que existe sólo en Chile), sino también playas que no tengas boyas u otros desechos de las jaulas llevadas por la marea a la orilla y que nadie se hace cargo de limpiar.

I decide to create this Blog, because I've been navigating for three years on the coasts of Aysén Region (Chile) and each year it becomes harder to find a place free of aquaculture and their trash. I work sometimes as a wildlife guide and each year it becomes harder to find places without aquaculture, which makes harder to find and to get close (they become less friendly with boats) to Chilean dolphin (Cephalorhynchus eutropia), an endemic species from Chile from which we know little (many Chileans are not even aware this animals exists only in our seas). It also makes harder to find a beach without bouys and other implements used in aquaculture taken to the beaches by the tides, trash that nobody is taking care of.
